SCYL AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
OUR GOAL
Our goal is to grow the game of lacrosse by introducing more kids and families to the sport in a fun, welcoming, and accessible environment. We are committed to expanding opportunities within schools and communities, helping new players discover the game, while also continuing to provide meaningful opportunities for returning players to develop their skills, compete, and stay connected to the sport they love.
What is the Ambassador Program?
The South Carolina Youth Lacrosse Ambassador Program is designed to help grow the game of lacrosse throughout our communities by empowering student leaders, coaches, parents, and supporters to represent SCYL in a positive and meaningful way.
SCYL Ambassadors serve as advocates for youth lacrosse by helping spread information about league opportunities, encouraging participation within their schools and communities, and promoting the values of what SCYL stands for which are sportsmanship, teamwork, respect, and inclusion.
